Who we are

FrostySoft was created in 1995 when Marcus Dempsey finally got onto the Internet, and decided to sell his shareware software on the Internet. In 1997 Marcus setup the site http://www.mrfrosty.co.uk which allowed people easier access to his software.

Since then FrostySoft has continued to maintain and release new software, but now also performs computer consultancy to charities and members of the public in the North East of England such as European Structural Funds Voluntary Organisations Northern and Charnleigh.

FrostySoft also provide Web Site design services and write custom software for the general public. For more information on our services visit our services page.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a quality all round IT service at a price people can afford.

Promises to our Customers

  • Our products go through extensive testing as well as involving external testers. We will not release our software until these testers tell us it's ready.
  • After we verify the existence of a bug, we will add it to our online buglist so our customers know about it.
  • If serious bugs are reported in the current version of our software, we will not make you wait (and pay!) for the next version to see them fixed. Fixing bugs in the current version will always take priority over the release of the next version.
  • We won't charge the earth for our products and services, if you feel our prices are too high send an email to sales@mrfrosty.co.uk and talk to us.

Job Availability

Although I'm not looking for work at the moment, I am always open to job proposals, I normally look for Systems Administrator roles, but will consider any job role. I would prefer work in the North East of England, but would consider relocation depending upon role.
